these are my terms: there aren't specific conditions for using my art for any non-commercial purposes as long as the user understands the normative conditions associated with copyright. if you need help determining what copyright is, clicking here: would be a good idea.

that said, there is no need to contact me beforehand for any use of my work, as long as no profit is generated. this means i also allow manipulation, paint-over or other modifications of my works in part or whole. however, you absolutely must credit back to my website. a hyperlink is not necessary, but a text clearly evidencing that luminoire.net is the source of the image in part or whole should be placed wherever appropriate.

any emails informing me of where my works are used are encouraged. it's not required...but it's always cool to see how and where people use my work :)
